Our achievements

The population growth rate has now dropped to 0.64%. At present, TFR 1.9 and family planning system user rate is 79.41%. Also, the demand for inadequate demand decreased from 9.5% (2011 BDHS) to 12% and drop out rate has reduced from 35.6% to 30%. In order to reduce maternal and infant mortality rates, arrangements have been made to provide maternity services to the union health and family welfare centers of 24/7 hours. Maternal and child mortality rates have decreased and the rate of institutionalized derivatives has increased (37%). Bangladesh Population Policy 2012 has been made for efficient planning and implementation of family planning, mother and child health and reproductive health services.
